毕业 Checklist

Requirements

In order to officially graduate, whether participating in commencement or not, you must:

Complete all necessary paperwork
Have a program GPA of 2.0或更高
Earn at least 25% of all program required credits at BTC
Complete the 毕业 Application* for each Technical Diploma and Associate Degree earned
- *The application may be accessed in MyBTC on the 毕业 card.

Spring - Friday, March 1, 2024

Replacement Diploma

If you find that you need a replacement diploma, there is an $8 charge. You may complete the Replacement Diploma Form and submit your payment to Registration and 记录 (Central Campus) or at the Monroe Campus.

Reapplying for 毕业

If you previously submitted a 毕业 Application but did not graduate, you must submit an updated application to be considered for a future graduation. If you are completing an additional program, you will need to complete another 毕业 Application.

The 毕业 Application can be accessed by going to the 毕业 card on the Discover page of the MyBTC portal.

Commencement

A moment of pride for any student is the day of commencement. Commencement is the recognition that you have accomplished something of importance that will have meaning for years to come. The commencement exercises are held in May and December. Students who meet all program requirements are invited to participate.
